Okay, I need to get serious about this!! I am utterly disguisting right now. I'm not sure what my goal weight is, but I'm working on the same goals I posted earlier:
So I'm going back up to school this week so I"ll have a gym, yoga mat, and balance ball. I'll be going to florida the week after that, so the eating will probably all go to hell... it's a family trip and I tend to eat for like 9 people on vacation! I'll be moving back up to school after that and I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH MY PLAN!!ellaminnowpea
Along with this, I'm sticking to mainly raw when I get back from Florida. I'll probably keep some nonraw food in my diet as I transition, but hopefully this will help me to tone up, too!
