    Default Animal Aid Sponsored Walk 2008

    Just received this in an email from Animal Aid:

    Join us on Hampstead Heath
    Animal Aid's sponsored walk is on Saturday, June 7th on Hampstead Heath. Jarrod Bailey, scientific adviser to Animal Aid, and his faithful companion Barney will be completing the 10km. Special guests Alexei Sayle and his wife will join in the walk, too! Please come along and help raise funds for our important work.

    Ooooh Sounds interesting, I have a feeling that i am on my midwifery stint at that point.....but i really hope not, cos it would be great.

    I've done this a few times now and will be doing it again with Emily and my family. The only people who do it are me, my dad and Emily - my mum and kids just come for the nice day out. Last year I couldn't take part because it was the same weekend as Download. This year it is not. Good on you AMF. I have thought about running it before......that would take me about a year to get up to that fitness

    So who is going then? Nice meet up venue and I'm sure a shifty pint afterwards wouldn't go amiss!
