Lost 2 inches in 2 weeks from going vegan!

Well I've made it 2 weeks on a vegan diet and I have to say I really really like it. I've worked out some (I take taekwondo classes 2-3X per week). I took measurements today and was pleasantly surprised to see that I'd lost 2 inches off my love handles. Woo! Hoo!

I only measured my waist, hips and midsection because those are my trouble spots.

I focus on whole foods. Fruit, lots of vegetables (canned, frozen or fresh), beans, whole grains (breads, oatmeal, tortilla's, pasta, rice, etc.), etc. It's a very simple diet.

A typical day has 3-4 servings fruit, 4-5 servings vegetables, 3 servings carbs, 3-4 servings of beans and some treat like a smoothie, soy ice cream or Lara bar.
