Well I've made it 2 weeks on a vegan diet and I have to say I really really like it. I've worked out some (I take taekwondo classes 2-3X per week). I took measurements today and was pleasantly surprised to see that I'd lost 2 inches off my love handles. Woo! Hoo!
I only measured my waist, hips and midsection because those are my trouble spots.
YEAH!!
