shredded coconut

Veganomicon has recipes with shredded coconut - this is different to dessicated coconut and I can't find it - anyone and ideas for where I can get this in the uk? I would quite like to get some liquid smoke as well.....

Someone posted a link to a place you could get liquid smoke the other day, but I don't know quite where.

I have some that I got from NYC when I was there.

As for shredded coconut, I got some a holland & barrett, or sometimes get it from WholeFoods bulk section.

Stubbs liquid smoke ingredients:

Water, soy sauce (water, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup, caramel coloring) mesquite smoke flavor, high fructose corn syrup, vinegar, caramel coloring and spices.
