Got 180 this morning but felt like i could have carried on which was a good sign. These 'planche' exercises are really making a difference.
    Hows everyone else getting on?
    Anyone?

Congrats Gogs, 180 is more than a lot of people could do!

I'm afraid I've not been keeping up with the push up practice; I kinda dropped it when I started practicing martial arts more. I can't do more than 50 push ups, but I learned how to choke someone out more than five different ways

    205 press ups now!
And am still doing the planche exercises, still on the frog stance and the tuck front lever but starting to get comfortable on 60 seconds then another 40 seconds after a break so that's 100 seconds each in total after doing them every day for a month, lol!
It's a 6 month goal i've set so another 150 days or so to go, i've plenty of time to improve, lol!

Ehehehe, I can't do many push-ups. I just don't have the upper body strength for it. I did once do 600 situps though, and I could have done a lot more but Star Trek was on and I didn't want to miss it. Maybe my stomach muscles have something weird about them but the 200'th situp was the same as the 600'th, I could probably have gone on forever.

I'm going to have to try that again, it's been years and I'm starting to put on a bit of a belly
