    Default freezing juices

Does anybody freeze carrot juice, etc? I want to get some stock in the freezer while they are in season and bountiful but not sure how it will freeze.

I'd like to freeze some green juices too if they will preserve OK.

    What do you think?

i would say it would be ok in theory to do.

it may lose some vitamin content in the process of thawing (and that's just based on my own opinion) and you may find it will separate out a bit on thawing but i'd give it a go. t'would be a shame to waste the crop - are you freezing the whole carrots too?

all juices are best drunk/used fresh within minutes really though.
