I also don't really like celery that much, that is, to eat it raw. on occasion I'll make soup and I like to have it there, such a lentil okra soup or some such ... but I have seen people who love to scoop peanut butter or some such w/ it or have it elsewhere, and it hasn't been my favorite. in a mix of juices its ok, like a carrot, apple, ginger, celery or somesuch ... but generally I don't look forward to it, the same way I look forward to kale or spinach, for instance.
