The New Students Veggie Cookbook
I got this after someone recommended it in another thread. I really love it! Most of the recipes are quick, easy and cheap. So far I've made Rice and Lentil casserole and Spaghetti with lentils and tomatoes. Its a veggie cookbook, not vegan but a lot of it is vegan or can be easily veganised.

I bought it from one of the sellers selling through Amazon HERE for 1p + £2.75 p+p. Scroll down and there are some brand new ones for a penny. Thats the cheapest option
