I know I know it says "Vegetarian". I bought this book when I started out being a vegetarian first, but now I am a vegan, but I haven't stashed this book away. Without even realizing it before becoming vegan I noticed slowly that most of the recipes in this book are vegan or if they aren't, using substitutes like tofu, soy milk, or vegan mayo wasn't a problem. There are 200 recipes in this book and about 80% of them are vegan. I highly suggest this book, the recipes are great and easy to make. These all require a slow cooker, but it's great because you let it cook for several hours that way it's ready when you are
