ok..so i have been trying to figure out what i can have in the morning that will be high in protein, but low in fat and sugar, easy to eat at work, and of course..vegan. i want to try to lose some weight..and i think one of my problems is not eating enough early in the day to get my metabolism going.
can anyone give me any suggestions? thanks!!

) The fiber and gelling action of the seeds is said to keep you feeling full too especially if you soak them overnight for a pudding breakfast or shake in the morning but they'll plump up anyway after a while in liquid. You can put them in or on top of anything too.. sweet, savoury as they themselves have no flavour! Loads of recipes online! I can't wait to try them!
