I have just entered my team into another privatley run competiion run by a friend of mine. he has about 200 people now taking part and charges £10, he runs it to 'The Suns' rules. I came third a few years ago got about £30.

I will enter the VF league too, how many stoke players you got in your team?

I usually do a Sun rules league with the family as well, I came 2nd couple of seasons back, with my then 11 year old girlie cousin coming first.

I've only got the two in my team, VBB haha. Obviously not the keeper!!

Have a bit of a moment there, bryzee? haha, always knew you were a closet Potter

Awesome! Looks like we're getting a little bit of a league going now Forgot to mention - we should have an end of season 'do', what do you think? The winner pays for the drinks. Good luck Frank! haha. I've got two Stoke players in my team, so I'm not coming top

    Good find Frank.
I have been too busy managing Manchester Untied to midtable obscurity in the Grauniad League:

P.S Had to cheat a bit with K.Schmeichel..
..but what would they do with all the cows?..

I'd completely forgotten about it! So much so that my brother informed me last week I only had 7 players in my starting line-up (that'll be Stoke soon, with our injury & suspension list!). Ireland got me about 90% of my points last week I think.

    15 points, terrible week.

Top spot, fame, riches - they were all within my grasp

Gotta get rid of Geovanni sharpish.

Greening is my best player so far. I think that says it all.
Actually it says that Rooney and Ferdinand and Ronaldo have had injuries and he plays every week. He has a Champions League Winners Medal after all..
..but what would they do with all the cows?..

Still haven't got around to changing my team so I have eleven players on the field Fuller up front?!?! haha. I shall make a conscious effort this week to pull my finger out (but will forget and go t the pub, wake up at 12:30 on matchday and say, "Oh soysages!").

Don't forget that you get a "free" substitution every week. Usually they cost 4 points per transfer, I think, so if you do just one every week you don't get any penalties.

(You all probably all knew this, but it took me 6 months last year before I found out )

The league code for the same league as last year - 5831-105282
    Invite your friends
I think I'm going to have to try and pay more attention to it this season, as my work has money on a 'winner takes all' league.
