I doubt very very much that this has absolutely anything to do with your diet. You could either be growing still in the chest area, about to go on your period, you could possibly be pregnant, or it could be absolutely nothing, but I am sure that it's not got anything to do with your food.
Either this wallpaper goes, or I do.
What an introduction!
I don't have any experience with nipple soreness, but it sounds like it's related to hormones, which could be influenced by your diet (as is my understanding). Do you think there's something about your diet that's funky, and that's why you're asking?
It's probably more likely that it's not to do with your diet, though.
If you are female its most likely to be hormonal. Pregnancy can cause it, also disordered hormones.
Also if you have an improperly fitting bra which rubs, or don't wear a bra and you're fairly physically active.

My late aunt who had breast cancer had it start out as sore nipples (she was only 30 when it started). If it continues, check with your doctor.
Peace, love, and happiness.
It's a good idea to be on the safe side but realistically I think it's a lot less likely to be cancer than something hormonal. The pill sometimes causes it apparently: http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/birth...on/202879.html
Sorry about your aunt, Tigerlily.
Lovely side effect of the pill, especially Cerazette.
This was my first pregnancy signal....it was not pleasant. Thank god its over
