Babies and margarine

Hiya, does anyone know if it is ok to include Pure margarine in a baby's diet? I'm talking 8 mnths old.

i am not an expert but my son certainly ate margarine at that age (he-he, as an ingredient or on tiny pieces of bread, not by the tub!)

Hello i also have a baby 8 months old I haven't given her any cheese type product. We use pure for margerine......

Not to say its right, but at least he/she won't be the only one eating it
