According to a site a came across when searching for B12 info on Google (http://www.acne-advice.com/diet/seeds.shtml), Garbanzos (chick peas) can be a good source of vitamin B12:
I've never heard about this before. Anyone else?Chick peas (garbanzos) contains the following: Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin), iron, phosphorus, sulphur, potassium. Sprout them to get a good source of vitamin B12 (Cobalamin).
