    Default Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

    1 c. semi-sweet choc chips
    12 oz firm silken tofu
1/2 c maple syrup (unavailable here now so I used table syrup and it worked great)
    1 c creamy Peanut Butter
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c crushed pretzels (chocolate covered would be even better!)

combine tofu and syrup in blender, 3 minutes.
    add pb, process til smooth.
place chips in micro safe bowl.
heat 30 seconds. stir. repeat until melted.
add melted chocolate to stuff in blender.
    process til smooth.
pour mix into pie shell, smoothing the top.
    refrigerate coupla hours.
    top with pretzels and enjoy!

    It is thick luscious heaven.

That sounds really easy except I don't have a microwave but I suppose I could use a hob instead. I keep meaning to buy maple syrup! I can't remember what graham crackers are.

    (They are like digestive biscuits.)

I keep meaning to buy sweet and savoury pie crusts (pastry cases) as well, to make this really nice broccoli tofu quiche I saw and will be making your pie as well. (I need a reason to eat more.)

They don't do vegan pastry cases over here, I don't think.

Oh wait, they do an unbaked one (saxby's) in waitrose, but it's pretty minging.

ETA: this is Bryan, I didn't realise Jo was signed in.

Don't they, I thought I had seen UK people saying they used them before, I had never seen vegan pastry cases but I thought I was being dumb.
