Hi all... Just wanted to see if I could get some advice from you knowledgeable types out there...
I've just become vegan and I want to check out a typical daily eating plan to make sure it's alright...
If i stick more or less to these daily amounts: http://compassionateconsumption.blog...r-healthy.html in my food and take the vegan society Veg 1 vitamin containing B2, B6, B12, Vitamin D, Folic Acid, Iodine and Selenium once a day, should that be me all set and nice and healthy?
