seitan or wheat gluten in UK?

Hi, I have Veganomican with some yummy looking seitan recipes- I cannot find wheat gluten or ready made seitan anywhere ( I live in south Wales), If anyone knows of any shops or online sources that sell seitan/wheat gluten, I would really appreciate it!

does the veganstore not do yagga? there are also some place which sell the stuff of "wheaty". or you´ll have to prepare seitan on your own. it´s not difficult, takes only some time and is a bit messy...

Think veganstore or someone sells a sort of kit for making your own without the trouble of starting from flour. These people http://www.veggiestuff.com/cgi-bin/s...tan&PR=-1&TB=A also seem to sell the ready-made stuff on line.

It's also sometimes sold in tins as "mock duck", either in healthfood shops like Holland and Barrett or Chinese supermarkets. That kind may be a bit too salty depending on how you want to use it.
