Due to my current poverty situation as a college student and my digestive difficulties, I have decided to follow a raw diet... tentatively, as I'm still unsure it will work for me because of my past health troubles.
I have no access to a blender or dehydrator so I am basically going the cheap route of dining hall salad bars and lots of fresh produce. So far today I've had:
Breakfast: apple
Lunch: mixed greens (dining hall was closed so no toppings, nuts, or vegetables)
Snack: two more apples
Dinner: will be a LARGE salad with seeds and sprouts
This look okay for my first 100% day? I also was wondering if hummus was raw... I'm guessing it isn't, but thought I would ask. I may have to be raw + hummus if I can't find a replacement
