Question Is Tesco's 'naturally' household range vegan?

Since Ecover have removed the Vegan logo from their products, I have been looking for an affordable alternative. I'm wondering whether Tesco's 'naturally' environmentally friendly household range is Vegan.

I phoned Tesco customer services regarding this query, who were rather unhelpful.

Maybe your could post your findings of this line.

    Cheers,
    Paul.

I think so yes. Can't see anything non vegan in the ingredients so I buy it.

i don't shop in Tesco so i don't know this brand, but FYI Asda's ecological cleaning range is now approved by the Vegan Society.

Hi these two sites are the best ones for chemical stuff, after a few trips you get so used to what chemicals are vegan that you don't need lists.

Ecover got rid of the vegan label as they started to test on water fleas the owners replied to early complaints that water fleas aren't really animals.

I don't know about Tesco's cleaning products, but I do know (after having worked on a campaign to promote animal welfare in UK supermarkets) that they do not care at all about animal welfare, so I would not recommend to any vegan to do any of their shopping there. Waitrose and M&S are the best places to shop if you care about who you give your money to, they have the highest welfare standards and their own brand bathroom and cleaning products are not tested on animals. Some may contain non-vegan ingredients though.
