I need some good ideas for a healthy and energizing vegan lunch! But this is a little tricky... i work two very demanding jobs that drain me of all mental function and energy by the end of the day I don't always have access to a fridge so it can't be very perishable, I am absolutely sick of veggie sandwiches and things of that sort, and it needs to be very filling because after my lunch break I can't get home to make dinner for another 6 or 7 hours. one of my jobs is in a bakery where i have to make and serve delicious smelling non-vegan yummies all day and it makes my tummy think I'm even hungrier than I am. Any recipes or ideas are greatly appreciated! I have been utterly un-creative in coming up with ideas for my food-on-the-go!
