vegan recommendations in europe?

Ive got about 7 weeks left in Europe, and usually use the happy cow website to find nice vegan places to go to eat, but was just wondering if anyone has been somewhere absolutely amazing that I should go to? Or any health shops with nice vegan things in them?
At the moment Im in Split in Croatia where I hear theres a really good vegetarian place that Im going to check out tomorrow. Im going up the Croatian coast and then to:
Slovenia (Ljubljana, Bled)
Austra (Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck)
Slovakia (Bratislava)
Swizerland (Bern, Geneva)
France (Dijon, Paris)
And some countryside places in between but Im guessing there wont be much in terms of vegan food there.
Anyway if theres somewhere I must visit, let me know

i've heard good things about the veggie place in split. i stuck to pretty boring things while i was in zadar, but there are a couple of good places in Zagreb, so if you end up in this part of the country, give us a bell

Paris has quite a few vegetarian restaurants that cater for vegans - I don't think there are any I would make a special trip to Paris for but e.g. le Potager du Marais is nice. There's a Paris thread where people compare notes.

I take it you're looking for suggestions in the places you mention rather than extra countries, otherwise I would suggest Greece if you haven't been already.

I've been searching the web for vegan places to stay and have had good results for places in the countryside.
