Just ran my 1st marathon!!!

My sister and I did a half marathon this morning!!! Neither of us trained and we still finished with decent times. I haven't run outside in a month due to the snow. I know I did much better than I would have done if I were still eating meat, dairy, etc.

Thanks! I was kind of nervous, espcially since my sister signed me and I wasn't really ready haha. But it felt great and I can't wait to do another!

EF, I am in Minnesota now (we spend winters in FL and spring/summer in MN).

Ella, my hubby is doing great. He feels really good and loves eating this way! Just missed my cooking when they go on the roadtrips haha! But he has actually found somem really good vegan resturants around Chicago and Kansas City. Luckily, his team goes to bigger cities so there is usually something around. That vegan fitness website is really good! Thanks for asking
