are raw cashews hard to find in canada then? you get them anywhere here.
Is it for your "roast"? It depends on what you need it for. The flavor is less "creamy" and more strong and nutty when roasted...also, if they are salted, take that into account in your recipe.

Can you get the salted ones, if so just wash of the salt?.
well i suppose theyre more readily available then i thought! i found them in the bulk section at the grocery store! (im going to do a practice run with the roast and see how it turns out before i make it for christmas dinner)
