I was wondering how long you are meant to soak wild rice, hemp seeds, linseed and almonds for before using.
I know wild rice isnt 'raw' but id still like to add it to my recipe without cooking it.

Also, how do you know when avacados are ripe? Ive kept them im the fridge before and they were all hard and i just couldnt get the 'flesh' off.
Are they soft when there ready? Im also guessing im not meant to keep them in the fridge?
