Blend up some regular almond milk, something to make it thicker like potato or veggie pate or if you're raw, some sort of nut or seed, and then saturate it with nutritional yeast until it's just the right amount of cheesiness!!

Add garlic or other things to flavor it too if you like... herbs, peppers, tomato, etc.

I bet it would be great for pizza too, since it is initially melty.
