I bought Pure for the first time today and nearly squeeled when I opened it up and saw the 'coming soon', but from the looks of it, that could be a while yet!

OMG I've just noticed this for the first time!!! That is so incredibly exciting!!!!
So much so that it deserves multiple exclaimation marks!!
I hope the triangles taste like how dairylea used to, before they changed the recipe and made it taste like crappy philadelphia.

    So exciting!

Vegans are taking over the world..........
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.

Is there a translator in the building? Or maybe someone has got some spare punctuation that they would be willing to donate?

*going back to topic & away from pointing out peoples punctuation mistakes*

Went into Waitrose today, still no sign. Its really sad, I usually don't even go in the fridge bit of supermarkets but the prospect of vegan cheese triangles is too temping. I had never realized before that Waitrose sold taifun tofu or how huge their juice & smoothie selection was (they sell those naked vitamin smoothies which are amazingly hard to find and absolutely brilliant, cost over £3 though!!).

Why is it that such nice vegan food is so damn expensive? It annoys me when I go into shops and they've got disgusting omni food for £1, yet cruelty-free food that is GOOD for you is so expensive. Sorry, rant over.

When an omni asks why veggie/vegan food is so expensive, I usually point out that animals have paid a high price for the 'omni food' so that omnis don't have to.

Turning to the cheese triangles, any chance that Barry Manilow can be persuaded to sing the advertising jingle for them? Yes, that's it, they can be called 'Bermuda Triangles'. ("I was just about to try one and it disappeared...")

Great answer and one I'll use in future.

Anyone seen these elusive Pure vegan cheeses anywhere yet? I keep looking in supermarkets to no avail.

    So a little while yet.

I seen the Pure soft and creamy spread in Tesco this morning, was 1.69 for 200g. used it on a baked potato and its really good, like a sweeter version of philadelphia .....why did it take so loong for this to come out!!! . wish they had the slices and triangles too

You can get Pure Cream Cheese in Tesco's now. It's been out for a couple of weeks. I think its the best tasting Vegan cream cheese available imo.

It's not in my local Tescos yet, I look everytime I go in there. If the Pure cheese doesn't appear within the next few days I'll ask at customer services to see if they know anything.

I will be looking out for this in the one I go to and if they don't have it in store soon I will inquire about it and ask that they stock it!

I bought the Pure cream cheese ealier today and I'm disappointed! I was very excited and really looking forward to trying it. . . It's too sweet and tastes too much of soya, with a grainy consistancy. I'm not a fan of Toffutti, yet that tastes so much better.

I bought a tub from Tesco yesterday. I'm not a fan either I'm afraid! It's far too sweet, it might be better used in baking, but not with breads or anything. I actually prefer the Alpro one to this! But Tofutti is still by far the best.

Dissappointed by it too IMO tastes nothing like cheese, all I can taste is a strange sweet/soya flavour. Was looking forward to it as well. Might try and use it to make a cheesecake.
