spinach dip a la tina

heres my recipe for spinach dip. its delicious!

1/4 cup vegan mayo
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1 cup vegan sour cream
1 can spinach
1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1 medium artichoke heart
2 tsp vegan parmesean
1 tsp onion powder
1 medium garlic clove
dash pepper
dash dill weed

blend mayo, cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke, parmesean, onion powder, garlic, pepper and dill together. add spinach and water chestnuts to sauce, mix and serve with bread

(to make vegan parmesean if u dont have any, mix together 2 cups nutritional yeast, to 1 cup ground raw almonds and some salt)

i was looking up recipes for spinach dip, vegan and non vegan, and combined what i saw to make this (the ones on vegweb.com seemed so bland!)

I was wondering what I was going to do about the 'cheese' thanks for supplying that as well. I never had vegan sour cream or cream cheese. I will try this Sunday.
