Gluten Flour / Vital Wheat Flour in Adelaide

I had a look through the forums and couldn't find a thread already regarding this (although I may have missed it, if so, I apologise). I'm wanting to make a bunch of different mock meat recipes and need nutritional yeast and gluten flour.

I'm assuming I will be able to find nutritional yeast at a health food store, but being a Sunday (my great timing) I am unable to go get some. I've been to 4 different supermarkets in my area and none have gluten flour or vital wheat flour. This whole 'gluten free' thing the world has gone into is not helping.

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find gluten flour and nutritional yeast in Adelaide, I am actually going insane, I was really looking forward to making these. Next stop is Organic Solutions on Unley Road.
