Today I went to make a raw soup with a fresh coconut and it had gone off!!! One of THE most disgusting things I have ever tasted...
So is there a way to tell if a coconut is off when you buy it? I bought it less than a week ago; I know coconut milk in cans has to be used within a couple of days of opening; should fresh coconuts be used as soon as they're bought?
Any tips greatly appreciated!
