    Default Mousie Burgers (Don't worry, no mouseys were hurt or asked to eat any!)

    must say i made some nicey burgers tonight. no reall measurements.
    butter beans
    brown chickpeas
    red lentils.

    cooked then wizzed with my stick blender.

    i then added
    smoked paprika
    1 Birds eye chilli
    3 cloves garlic
    red onion
    heap of corriander(fresh)
    some seeds.




    made patties. HORAY!!! lovely things.


    fried up some aubergine discs
    cut some tomato


    made home made guacamole

    a little baby greens
    that tomato sauce that delia smith likes.-very nice by the way.

    SOME home made tomato and olive foccacia toasted slightly as a bun

    what a treat.

    So you've made mousie burgers, but not offered them to any mousies? Isn't that cruelty?

    all my mousie friends are in brighton. i do miss them.i froze some just in case i happen to meet one here!

    Yumm, I've been trying to find recipes to spice up my use of lentils and this is perfect!
