It's my hometown, but not even a cool lineup can tempt me to go back there for a weekend.

Looks good and interesting to see the past line ups.

At the mo Im not thinking Il go as been such a long hot week im worn out and Im out tomorrow night and Friday night for a friends birthday.

Id finally decide Sat - if we get the predicted rain I might not go but for a free festival it sounds good (just annoying Id have to leave early to get home)

I would have loved to have come, but its St Pauls carnival (also free) here in Bristol so we'll be shaking our booty at that instead.

I was gonna go to this, especially as Idlewild are headlining but I am back in the studio with my band this weekend (priorities).

Hope everyone who goes has fun

I was not going to go but changed my mind last min as needed to get a concert ticket from Brum so went over - Its a great festival - as soon as I got there I found a veggie/vegan foodstall and found Zorillo there

Toploader were good and lots of fair trade stalls there, was a bigger site than I thought.

Several stalls had vegan options and there was a nice juice bar there that had vegan ice cream that was made from 100% fruit (so more of a sorbet)

Nice chilled atmosphere, lots of people there - Id like to go next year too and Its a good place for a forum meet up too

I had to leave early due to trains but Zorillo stayed - hope you got/get back ok.

It was nice to have Ali's company

Yeah, managed to get the train in time. I guess the whole thing finished at 10.30 and my last train was 11.29. Got talking to someone walking to train station. Walking home wasn't too bad. I guess I was in a dream walking.

I got there around three. Didn't want to get there that late. I wasn't aware of missing anything I would of wanted to see by getting there that late. It was around twenty minutes walking from the station to the start of the event.

Was at gigs of Exit Calm who I've seen before. I might of been about the only person to be moving to them. I was also present for: a bit of Toploader, Idlewild, 80s Matchbox B Line Disaster and a bit of The Twang. I wasn't keen on maybe most of what Idlewild played. I like a lot of earlier tunes by them.

I guess I smelt a lot of drugs. I don't like breathing drugs in

A lot of the people were maybe young children and teenagers

Didn't find the Animal Aid place after, Ali, and had another one of those burgers. Not very raw :P

There was some gong I put my hand near and I guess I felt a bit of tingling. I guess it was to help you relax and you put your back near it. Maybe like Emotional Freedom Technique.

I wanted to get tap water, but got bottled. If they didn't have any, it would of been good to of had it available. Probably ended up too dehydrated there.

Forum meet up next year? It WAS free to get in! Someone was on about payment when I was at the massage area, though

Oh, I'm so jealous :P, but I guess I'll be meeting up with some musician next week and starting something. I guess he was in a signed band before
