Thread: The B12 Boogie Man

    Default The B12 Boogie Man

It's constantly brought up like a monster lurking in the closet. What shall we ever do about B12? Can our diet be natural if we require supplementation, etc.

I've been doing some research on the topic, and decided to write an article, which is here.

I probably didn't manage to touch on everyone's concerns, but I'm willing to expand it if anyone has additional questions/suggestions.

seems to me that we're just not eating enough food grown in cobalt rich areas and so the water cobalt compounds we need aren't available in the food to the same degree. This is just my interpretation of the matter however.

( That source for the section on cyanocobalamin, particularly the stimulation bit, - with citation number (15) - is very dubious. )
