does anyone know what gronla is? is this item just like a breakfast cereal i.e. pour it in a bowl and eat or will it need cooking?? i looked granola up on wiki and it said something about baking it? or do you think this item has already been baked and is ready to eat?

sorry to appear stupid - but i've never heard of granola before
