Vegan Wedding Cake

Hey,

I'm getting married in September and my mum and I are going to do my wedding cake. However, I want to make a nice sponge cake with some good frosting for the middle, does anyone have any good recipies that I could try out? as the one I tried did'nt really work well in a larger batch.
Any help would be great

What sort of sponge? What have you tried so far?

I have tried a basic spong cake that has orange juice in it, but it didn't cook great as I needed to double the ingredients to fit the tin!!!
I haven't tried anything else yet. I'm not really sure what would be a great flavour for it

I made a chocolate one for my sister's wedding, but then she's a chocoholic so it wasn't a difficult decision! I have some cake recipes here that you could try out.

Thank you for the link, I have tried quite a few of your soup recipies and they all worked out great
I was thinking of trying a choco one with a nice creamy filing in the middle could work really well
