Since I have become vegan my weight has plummeted. Not only have I lost body fat which is great but also muscle. I used to have huge legs from all the football and cycling I have done over the years. I am now unable to perform as well when I go out on my bike. This makes me believe I have not been getting enough protein in my diet.
So, I have purchased some Pea protein isolate. I now do a little work out in the morning and then make a smoothie with it in. It's not the nicest taste but it can be disguised with different fruits.
I wonder whether I can add it to cooked food? Anyone know?
