Delicious Cannellini beans with Sage & fresh wheat bread & a green salad with carrots & pinoli. My garden in Tuscany, Italy is over-flowing with veggies & herbs now, so always looking for new ways to use them.

The tea I drink is called pumpkin spice tea, and it's from Tim Hortons (a coffee shop in Canada and I believe in the US as well), it's really good... tastes like pumpkin pie spice

What's a Christmas Pudding ice Lolly, Firestorm? Is it something you can buy or did you make it yourself?
I make them myself - my work colleagues buy me Christmas pudding (when its available) when we have a birthday/cake days so at the moment I have about 4 500gram puddings in the cupboard. I use 300 grams custard (Alpro) 100 grams of crumbled pudding, mix together, stick into moulds and hey presto!
Breakfast: Overnight Oats with Soya milk, cocoa, agave nectar, choc flax & Black Forrest Fruits. Pear
Breakfast: Banana/peach/almond milk/Vega powder smoothie
Lunch: Leftover tofu and veggie stirfry, raw beans/celery/carrots and hummus
Dinner: Stir fry with seitan, veggies and noodles, with garlic/sesame/hot sauce
Snacks: mixed nuts, watermelon, veggies and hummus, fruit salad
Drinks: Beer, cider, and water

^^ It uses them up ( I now have 3 left 1 Mathew Walkers, 1 Tesco own brand and 1 Co-op Extra special (which I am saving for this Christmas). I'm also thinking of making mince pies with them rather than with mince meat, although I dont want to use them all as they are one of the things recommended to stock up on in case the world ends)

I'm going to have a 'Chilli non-carne' (or vegan chilli) tonight. That will be made with soy mince, spices for chilli, red kidney beans, red pepper, onion & chopped tomatoes and served with rice.
Tomorrow, I will have a vegan Chinese stir-fry with marinated tofu pieces, pak choy & other vegetables cooked with wholewheat noodles and soy/ginger sauce.
