Yesterday:
Breakfast: 1/4 cup 6-grain hot cereal (oatmeal), 1/2 Granny Smith Green Apple, 2 tbsp BTM powder, 3 tbsp Stevia in the Raw
Lunch: Stuffed Peppers (2 poblano peppers, 2 oz FYH Jalapeno Vegan Gourmet cheese, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 tomato, 1 slice onion, 1/4 soy flour, LOTS of spices)
Snack: Dark cherries & 2 tbsp carob
Dinner: Mixed veggies, 1/2 cup edamame, 1 vegan boca patty, broccoli, water chestnuts, FYH vegan gourmet cheese
Drinks: Organic Green/Black Chai Vanilla Tea (Brewed), soy milk light, 1 tsp stevia in the raw.
Midnight snack: 3 strawberries & 3 tbsp carob
