I just had a bean chili: kidney beans, passata, tomato puree, vegetable bouillon, a yellow pepper, a red pepper, carrots, onions, a whole red chili pepper, cajun seasoning, chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika and black pepper.
I had it with brown rice and steamed spinach. It wasn't that hot for some reason!
I'm not doing very well on the raw thing, it's too cold. Maybe I should start back up when it is warmer weather.:smile:
Not sure what I'm having for dinner maybe mashed potatoes and veggies and gravy. Some type of comfort food. I also fancy some ice cream.

I just squeezed half a lemon into a bowl with a little salt and some seaweed salad, then just wiped the slices in it to make sure they were coated. A few bits of seaweed stuck to them.
The batter was just self raising flour, a little salt and cheap fizzy lager, roughly mixed until a thin lumpy sauce is made. Water or soymilk would work, too.
I dipped the slices in seasoned plain flour, then in the batter, then the flour, then the batter.
Tartar sauce was just the other half the lemon juice, plus a grated pickled gherkin, plus mayo.
Here's the result:
