This morning I had 2 handfuls of mixed dried fruit (apricots, raisins and sultanas) and nuts (almonds, hazels, cashews and walnuts) when I got to work, then I ate one my my lunchtime rolls at 10.30 am as well! Roll had tomatoes and vegan pesto in.
Lunch: Other tomato and pesto bread roll (homemade half wholemeal half white), and a tofu weiner sausage. Chocolate coated malty coconut and sultana flapjack.
Dinner: Mustard mashed potatoes with a good glug of hemp seed oil in, Cauliflower, pea and sweetcorn stew with plenty of garlic and a blob of peanut butter stirred in.

Are you saying that Red Robin has vegan burgers? We have one near us and a while back had asked about their veggie burgers. They couldn't tell us for sure if they were vegan and they didn't know about the bread. I've always figured that place would have great fries and onion rings though!
