L: Really delicious lunch! Homemade coleslaw, with olive-tofu spread/pate and garlic-balsamic mushrooms on top. Roast potato wedges and carrots. Raw tomatoes and cucumbers. Beanburger.

Had a lovely luch at The Hutch in Canterbury today: quinoa salad with hummus and GF bread, followed by pineapple carpaccio with raspberry sorbet. Absolutely delicious (plus OH and brother in law both had the veggie burger). Will certainly try to get back there soon!
No breakfast as usual, a delicious ratatouille made from my grandmother (the only accidentally vegan food she does, but she does it really well!) with pasta and homemade brownie.
