So far today I've had Dorset Cereals muesli and blueberries with oat milk for breakfast and spaghetti on toast for lunch. I'm planning on having bean stew and dumplings (if they'll fit in the pan, I sometimes get a bit carried away and don't leave enough room) for dinner.
Right now I'm drinking a hot drink consisting of the freshly squeezed juices of a lemon and lime, grated ginger, golden syrup and water.
