It was really good, I blended it and it went thick and creamy! I'll have to make it again next time I have a leek in!

S: *loads* of porridge...i dont know why but i was just ravenously hungry, its good though, usually i can only manage small portions and feel really full/bloated so i was embracing actually having a happy digestive system I could eat again now but will prob go to bed instead, its weird feeling hunger!!

I'm at my parent's place in Cornwall and my Mum made yummy grilled vegetables (courgette, peppers, mushrooms, onions) with steamed cauli, broccoli and potato.
