    Default "Junk" Food

Can anyone suggest some food that's vegan and gluten-free and low-fat (don't ask much do I!?! lol) that feels naughty and is like comfort food.

Feeling sorry for myself today and want something "nice" to eat but don't want to really be naughty. (oh and with minimal cooking!)

blend a banana, half an avocado, some chocolate powder and add some kind of sweetener if you need it...maple syrup and dates work well... healthy chocolate pudding

I agree with a smoothie of narnas, baby spinach, maple syrup or narnas, rice milk and maple syrup.
