I want to put together a list of meals for one day that would be perfect for a vegan that includes the right amount of protein, sat fat, vitamins, minerals etc etc (just for a little project) but i'm having trouble finding out what vit/mineral amounts are in fruit and veg. does anyone know of a good website or book that i can buy to give me the info? plenty of websites tell me WHAT vit/mins are in food but not how MUCH.
any help would be appreciated please
