    Default Anti-inflammatory

I've been taking an anti-inflammatory for several months for my skin. It worked well but, my insurance is up and I can no longer afford it. I was wondering if anyone knew something over the counter or something more natural that would have the same effect. I've tried avoiding inflammatory foods but didn't see much difference.
Also, the anti-inf was to help with the severe redness because I had some very major breakouts and it did a lot of damage to my skin. Is it possible that now that redness is less severe that it will not get bad again just by stopping taking this? I can't deal with it going back to the way it was!

Turmeric and , Aloe Vera are natural anti inflammatories , but it depends what is causing your skin to become inflamed. if it is caused by a kind of acne I doubt anti inflammatories alone will sort it.
I find dead sea salts mineral or sulphur soap quite helpful.
