Garden soup

in blender
6 basil leaves
1 tblsp spice basil
6 garlic chive sprigs
6 fresh coriander seeds
2 medium tomatoes cut in 1/4s
1/2 white onion grated
4 zucchinis grated
1/4 lemon, squeezed juice
1 tblsp course salt
ground pepper to taste
[SIZE=4]1/2 cup soy milk
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional)
bump to grind and blend
serve cold garnish with mint leaves and Fritos
