I have just done myself a mahoosive tofu stir fry with rice, though I may have gone ever so slightly OTT with the ginger. Oh well.

oh, cider, bread, and roll. care to share the recipe?
Sure,
150ml Soy Milk
150ml Cider (I used some home brewed stuff)
2tbs Olive Oil
450g Bread flour
1.5tsp Yeast
1.5tsp Sugar
1.5tsp Salt
Pesto
Either make your own, or use about 100g/7tbs store bought. I had some storebought, so in that went.
I use a breadmaker for this, but you could just as easily do my hand. Proceed as you normally would, either using a dough cycle on a machine, or kneading by hand and leaving for 90 mins.
Knock back than either
Roll out to rectangle about 2cm thick and 25cm long. Spread pesto on dough leaving a border of about 1 cm all around. Roll up along the length, like a swiss roll, tucking the ends under. Place in a loaf tin. Leave to prove for 30-45 mins.
or
Devide into 6-8 balls. Flatten each ball out into a disc about 12cm round, and drop a tablespoon of pesto in the middle. Gather the sides up and then twist and turn over. Allow to proove on a baking sheet for 30-45 mins.
Cook in the oven at 220C/425F for 15 mins for rolls, or 25-30 mins for rolls. Sometimes this takes a little longer if the pesto is a bit damp or oily. You'll know then the bread is ready as it sounds hollow when you tap it.
Normally, I make 1 long loaf, and 2 buns, but this could just as easily make all buns.
It has a very slight cider taste to it, but mainly the cider just lifts the dough well, which counteracts the heavyness of the pesto.

Well...
Just awhile ago I ate some very fresh bosc pears, nectarines and bananas.
I had a little peanut butter with the bananas.
I tried to eat mindfully even though I was outside footing it.
Soft bananas don't do well for dipping in peanut butter but OTOH hard ones aren't so flavourful.
Just finished plate of beans and leeks with a lemon and thyme dressing. Nice
