Lightbulb Dr Hadwen Liver Model Campaign

The Dr Hadwen Trust (UK) is driving for support for a specific Nottingham University tissue engineering project in the development of a 3-dimensional human liver model. Successful advances would be extremely important to the future of pharmacological toxicity tests & medical research, which at the moment rely on the livers of rodents, and to a lesser extent pigs, dogs and monkeys.

They've sent letters to draw attention, but at the moment it doesn't look as though they have a page on their site that quite corresponds to the letters, yet.
