Ingredients
Soya beans, soaked overnight
Frozen peas
Lettuce, chopped
Frozen sweetcorn
Blackbean sauce
Chilli powder
Cooked rice, for best result use rice that has been cooled in the fridge.

Directions:
Stirfry soya beans with cooking oil, for 2 mins then add frozen peas and frozen sweetcorn, for a further 2 mins.
Add rice, salt and chilli powder, and black bean sauce.
Add lettuce then serve.
