the other day I bought a packet of blue sheese. Some people say it's nice to eat plain, but even if it is, I'll never finish the packet in 10 days. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes I could use it in?
So far all I can come up with is stuffed mushrooms.

It's a doorstop of a piece of cheese, a bit of salad and pickle. They do a ploughmans salad too!
